The Arts Map of Holyoke fades into an evening
city street landscape where the street is filled greenery in
trees and roof top gardens, open store fronts, and a muraled
building. There are also painted outlines of people from Nuestras
Raices youth program hanging out in the street and by the park.
Stephanie Maitin a youth in the program came one day during the
week intensive and brought a drawing she created out of the of
the concept of a puzzle. The design was incorporated onto a building
as a mural and eventually influenced the sky, creating a giant
puzzle scenery. |
