Reclaim the Streets - JB ... I think of Harry Cleaver's metaphor of the water, the idea that a network has knots in it. And that you need knots to hold the strings together. And the networks of social movements like RTS, more anarchist movements that are happening at the moment on a global scale, it doesn't have knots in it because it's all very fluid. And that water is better, because water freezes and then it thaws, and then it moves. I think it is much more like that, than strict networks.

Reclaim the Streets - Dee ... it's not as if we're only agreeing to work together from different points of view. It's partly, that we have educated ourselves. There was a period around the time of the Liverpool Dockers issue when a lot of education took place, particularly of people who are coming more from the environmental or ecological side. We had it borne in upon us that it was absolutely crucial that every time you come up with an ecological problem you look at it and what's behind it? Capitalism. And social justice issues are linked to that. I think we do realize much more than we did that the issues are all linked.
